Martha Ramirez, a Kansas City native, envisioned a company that was able to service and educate others on the importance of tax and compliance for individuals and businesses.  In her first classes at H&R Block, she saw the opportunity to help serve her Spanish speaking community and began her business with friends and family.  Martha quickly learned of the large void in the Latino community for services for administrative, document preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, personal and business tax preparation as well as general knowledge of available resources for small business owners.  Her honesty and integrity have gained much of her business by word of mouth where many of her clients are now multi-generational.  Her hope is to continue this legacy and invite past, new, and returning clients to give us the opportunity to continue to grow and serve.
